Oda already said Enma was made 55 years ago and given to Oden as Gift

You don't give the shogun a used sword. Enma was created as gift of honour for Oden.
After 39 years of oden using it, nobody else used Enma. There is no panel or info of Denjiro, Kawa and Kiku taming Enma and failing.

Dukes were in Zou and had no time to try tame it
The others werr sent to the future.
Kawa spent 7 years after oden death, collecting weapons then got captured for 14 years
Denjiro was protecting Hiyori.
To the second point regarding Kawa and Denjiro, Hiyori knowing in 20 years time they would come back as well, could have chosen to also give the sword to Kawa or Denjiro, but chose zoro.

In quotes she chose zoro because it was an exchange for returning shusui

The issue lies is there a deeper meaning to why she chose Zoro than for that reason.... my answer is yes, a lot of people have also said no as well

Also from one piece fandom page when describing Hiyori someone wrote this "According to Hitetsu, part of the reason Hiyori is willing to give Enma to Zoro is due to seeing Oden's image in Zoro's abilities as a swordsman."

link below where it was written. Obviously this is someones opinion but found it none the less.

Enma was never a used sword before Oden because no one but Oden tamed it. It doesn't translate to Oden was the only one who ever tried to tame it. It's because other people tried to control it and failed that the fact that only Oden tamed Enma became a thing.
For Christ's sake, it was a sword made for Oden. There was nobody who tried taking it.
Oden was using this sword casually at 9y.o against yakuza already.
Oden would be 59 if alive right now. Sword was made 55 years ago as gift to Oden

Nobody else tried taming Enma. There is no panel, Oda would even have Kinnemon. Or others state how retainers tried but failed... Nada,.

Oden got it as a gift then
Then Sword was unused for 20 years until Hiyori gave it to Zoro as exchange gift
Retainers wouldnt use Enma after Oden death since they respect Oden wish and memento meant for his kids alone.

I think Zoro is more similar to Ryuma. Yamato is a mix of Kaido and Oden so I go with Luffy here.

Oden wanted to free Wano just like Luffy moreover there is also a cover chapter Roger, Oden and Luffy dring together.

Stop lying. Weve seen the info. Kozaburo left wano 55 years ago. We dont know how long ago enma was made.

At this point, Yamato/Momo/Luffy make the most sense

Also, it's not like Luffy only represent one person will....
Oda has constantly made Luffy resemble SOOOOO MANY different characters in different arcs to carry on their legacy....

Just few examples:
- Luffy resembling Roger is obvious
- Luffy resembling Sanks is obvious
- Luffy resembling Dragon is obvious
- Luffy resembling Ace is obvious
- Luffy and Joyboy
- Luffy resembling Garp is obvious (Oda wouldn't even let Koby do it in future Rocks plot)
- Luffy even resembled Whitebeard AS WELL (in Fishman island)

The point is Oda never gets tired of making Luffy carrying on other people's roles...

The best chance for Zoro to carry on someone else's will in this arc is "Sword god Ryuuma" and cutting Dragon, and Oda honestly fucked it up, with Zoro giving away that sword SO EASILY... specially when Ryuuma after his defeat said "the sword will be satisfied if you are his new master"

If Ryuuma himself was okay and said that, what the fuck the other citizens has to do with it!? Fuck all of Wano.... they have no say... and I was even surprised Zoro was easily okay to give that sword for another sword like wtf!? Oda... you just ruined the Ryuuma plot and ended it SO EASILY with no fucking good payoff

Let's hope I'm wrong and the plot comes back at some point.... the only way for it, is using Zoro's line in that chapter "I want to see his grave and pay respect" as a way to make the sword get back to plot...

Anyway, to topic, Oden is best represented by Luffy, then Yamato and Momo equally... reason I say Luffy is that they are similar by NATURE.... but Yamato is JUST a fanboy who imitates him... while Momo doesn't resemble his pops, but he's his son... so it counts for something

The Zoro Ryuma sentiment I 1000% agree with you on.

Wait no franky I mean franky i basically a android oden.

The right answer should probably be the Scabbards. Yamato has probably a very idolize version of oden and what he wanted to do, zoro doesn't really care about opening the borders of wano and all same for luffy, the second just wanting to help momo bring down kido and do what he planed take each yonko at the time and solidify his claim for pk

I think it think the Scabbards should be the ones carrying on Oden's will because first, they know Oden personally while Yamato only knows Oden from what she has seen through his journal and at the execution. Moreover, Yamato even stated that she has to carry on Oden's will because the Scabbards are dead. Now that they are shown to be alive, Yamato's words implies that they are the rightful people to do it.

Not to mention, there is also Momo, the rightful heir of Wano. I think either the Scabbards or Momo makes the most sense.

However, something that I worry is that it might end up with Yamato. Like I find that in One Piece, it's not necessarily the subordinates or their kids of the people who dies that carries on the will. For example, Roger's will is now carried by Luffy instead of Rayleigh, Ace or even Shanks. Dragon's is most likely going to be Sabo and not Luffy. And Oda likes to be 'unpredictable', so while I think it would be dumb, Yamato isn't off the table

Lowkey hopes he gets the sword back somehow and gives up sandai

That way he has 3 shimotuski swords

Itll be cool if he gets shusui back now that hes stronger than ever, blackens enma this arc or the next big one, and lastly blackens wado his og sword

(Kinemon suggests Zoro to not use it cuz he knows the drawback ..)

There's no panel of Kid using CoC , Katakuri defeating a lot of enemies without his back touching the floor ,Kaido and Shanks encounter , etc but we accept all of that right?
