I think Mihawks and Shanks flashbacks will tie into each other so we may get them around the same time

Mihawk will definitely appear in this Arc's Flashback whoever is it's Main Character (Could be Shanks or Loki or Imu ... etc),
But He won't get his own Flashback, as Zoro's Opponent, He will be Part of FV's Flashback (Similar to how King appeared in Kaidou's)

It can be a couple panels of Mihawk beating some randoms and then a newspaper calling him the best swordsman

Did you see Crocodile's history with WB?
That mattered far more to him.

Unless Mihawk's flashback ties into some important information about the story like maybe he's related to Imu or something you'd be lucky to get 4-5 pages.
Kaido was an arc villain for 4-5 years and didn't get more than 2 pages and he needed it far more to explain his race, his ideologies and relation to Rocks etc..

Mihaw isn't getting a flashback, best he gets is his backstory in an SBS or vivre card, but even that is unlikely, he just isn't important enough.

You didn't know that big Daddy Saran was also the Previous WSS as well as being the Former Commander In Chief of the Marines?

I just believe that We are gonna see Loki & Shanks Flashbacks this Arc,
I think Elbaph & WG share the same Flashback (Similar to how Fisher Tiger & Otohime shared theirs),

Remember how Loki was hated even before He was born, & it was only 6 years ago that He was Captured. So Elbaph Flashback gonna cover entire Story of how Elbaph changed since Carmel's Time, Garling's Generation of Holy Knights, Formation of Rocks Pirates, God Valley Incident, Harald's Story with Holy Knights, more of Roger Pirates, Shanks forming his Crew & his entire Adventure, Loki's Adventure ... etc

In other words, i expect "Everyone" to appear in this Flashback, Oda doesn't have the time to keep drawing Flashbacks as long as Kuma's for every Major Character, He simply needed to Introduce a Character who lived throughout all their Stories & got directly or indirectly involved with all of them.

It's clear to me that Elbaph & Mary Geoise are like Water 7 & Enies Lobby, They are One Arc,
Loki is our Franky, while Shanks is our Robin (Survivor of God Valley Incident which is gonna repeat itself just like Ohara Incident & Buster Call),
So this Arc = Flashback of Loki + Shanks (Spanning +70 Years of History Reveal)
