As of now ive heard a few different arguments for different characters. Sanji, Yamato, Kidd and Zoro are usually characters that people matchup against.

- Sanji: Greenbull is a womaniser, who hates food and starves himself. Also fits the general Sanji opponent personality of being arrogant and overconfident.

- Yamato: Asumming Sanji fights Kizaru and Zoro fights Fuji.....Yamato being in a "trio" which makes her viable candidate to fight a rando admiral

- Kidd:- Both have Bull connections or something

- Zoro:- Both green....idk lol.

Me personally, I believe hes fighting Sanji. He fits a Sanji opponent's personality of being arrogant and overconfident...and is also a perv like Queen, Absalom, Jabra and possibiliy Mr 2 ( that one Nami scene). He also is a person whos starved for 2 years. Im pretty sure Sanji would like to meet a person like this, and their personal beliefs would also clash.

Oda loves having Sanji's fights be personal and have an inherent theme.

- Sanji vs Satori: Trial of Love vs Trial of Ball
- Sanji vs Wanze: Cook vs Food

- Sanji vs Absaldom: Perv vs Perv
- Sanji vs Queen: Human vs Cyborg or Emotion vs Emotionless
- Sanji vs Greenbull: Chef vs Starvation ?

Also Sanji feeds the ladies....and Greenbull wants to be fed by them (👀).

There was a guy who sent a long SBS question about the Tiger and the Bull (which represent Fujitora and Ryokgyu), and how they oppose the animals that represent the WG or some shit...and in the end he asked Oda if they secretly were against the WG

D: You know how there was a question in SBS Volume 75 about the admiral candidates?? Well I just figured out the reason behind your final choice of the "Ox" and the "Tiger" so here it is...

Hitsujisaru [未申 (坤) - literally "Sheep Monkey"] → Momotaro

Ushitora [丑寅 (艮) - literally "Ox Tiger"] → Kimon [鬼門 - literally "Demon Gate"] → Oni [鬼] (Tiger loincloth, Ox horn)

And the "Oni" in this case would be representing the pirates.

Could the two new admirals "Ryokugyu" and "Fujitora" possibly have been created with the concept that, despite them being people of the Marines, deep down inside they are both Admirals who secretly harbor ill feelings towards the World Government (going against the WG → kind of like pirates?) as can be seen with Fujitora's wish to completely abolish the "Shichibukai" system set up by the World Government? P.N. Tosaka Kouhai

Is Greenbull a cyborg made by Vegapunk? If yes then maybe he can fight him if not then the warrior of science is not fighting an Admiral, the warrior of science already has his own plot with MADS and Vegapunk.

Fuji would never fight for the WG when Robin reveals the true history. The whole world will be a battlefield and different ideologies will clash with each other. The Marines will either split from the WG and want a world without pirates or Fuji will be an ally.

And how do you know Robin will reveal it or even know before the War begins.

Their will be a final war in OP....and I know damn well it wont be against the Gorosei as opponents. Fuji and Greenbull are needed as antagonists in this war. You cant rule them out. Even if Fuji feels regretful, he'll fight his opponent with respect.
