Speculations Who doesn't want to become Pirate King ?

It's easy to count or say the many pirates captains and other powerful individuals who want to become the King of the Pirates, but who amongst the many pirate captains and other powerful pirates of One Piece actually don't want to become the Pirate King, due to them not having that ambition or being totally uninterested in the title and One Piece and/or having different goals and ambitions ?

We know for sure that Whitebeard didn't want to, even bluntly telling Roger that even if Roger told him how to go to Raftel he would never go there because he wasn't interested. Who else isn't ?

Roger, Shiki, Rocks, Captain John, etc. None of them wanted to be PK, Roger simply did the impossible and the world said "yea this dude clears bums like Newgate/Shiki/John/etc"

From the current era, maybe Shanks? But that's about it. I don't think anyone has a goal that ends at becoming the pirate king, even Luffy's doesn't. BM/Kaido/Teach all want the OP, but for purposes that extend after becoming the PK. So all the present Yonko bar maybe Shanks, since it's unclear how if he's actually going for the OP or Oda just doing fake build up with Shanks having other reasons for mentioning it's time to go for the OP.
