The people that has CoC will unlock/show Adv CoC. So Hancock, Doflamingo, Katakuri, Kidd will have Adv CoC.

As for characters that will show Adv CoC, Mihawk, Akainu, Dragon, Sabo, Sengoku, Xebec, Blackbeard, will have it. Probably miss a few.

As for characters that might or might not have Adv CoC, Sanji, Coby, other Admirals, Crocodile, Law, Shiryu, Benn Beckman.

hancock is never getting ACOC since oda refuse to showcase anything she's never getting it he probably hates her

But it ain't that bad. Hancock's DF got hyped and her bounty is higher than Fifth Yonko Luffy.

Hopefully Law got no CoC, so I can name him as new gen "Top 1 with no CoC".

Luffy Top 1
Zoro Top 1 no DF
Law Top 1 no CoC
Sanji Top 1 no DF no CoC

Oda must bent to my agenda.

for me its that bad oda really made hancock look that pathetic with no showcase of any type of haki using hax tos stone and be helpless reminder she's from a island that specializes in haki her sister got Emission Armament Haki FFS hancock was stated to have three types of haki and yet never displayed either of it what hancock did do in the chapter nothing but turn fodders yet again into stone and be a fking helpless princess basiclally a damsel in distress that needed saving so helpless that her island and her people needed to be saved by rayleigh oda really fumbled hancock like he did with big mom at this point hancock should just stay out of the story he has no plans for her her power never getting displayed in that chapter oda made it very clear that hancock is just trash just a weak fodder with garbage portrayal not so good hype can't believe how badly she's been treated when wano ended fk chapter 1059
