With God Valley happening soon, this is my guess for the fights.

Rocks vs Roger and Garp and maybe Rocks vs Harald

Whitebeard vs Garling

Shiki vs Rayleigh

Silver Axe vs Gaban

Big Mom vs Saturn

Kaido either gets one shotted by Roger or he fights one of the Holy Knights

The other Rocks Pirates vs either the Holy Knights or the other Roger Pirates
