Speculations Who has a higher bounty, Kuzan or Mihawk?

Kuzan is more of a threat to the government with his knowledge and him being able to successfully sabotage the WG and Marines behind their backs plus the marines knowledge of him working with blackbeard..

Mihawk is less of a threat since they know he dont do much and sits on his island, but he does hold a worlds strongest title which is no easy feat to achieve and the other two with those titles being Whitebeard and kaido, both have one of the highest bounties we have seen and probably on record..

id say IMO Akoji has the potential for a higher bounty but his movements so far havent been of that much threat whereas Mihawk has a title and is known to be super Strong so anyone that can take his head has got to be insane, (this is assuming its increased since his frozen bounty while being a warlord)

I think Oda said that the bounties of crew members are inflated by their belonging to that crew. As Kuzan is an underling of BB, we should expect a high bounty.

However Mihawk has a black blade and is thus stronger than Roger. So most likely it is higher than a YC1 level like Kuzan.

It should be Aokiji, knowing WG secrets like the bloodbath of Ohara and so maybe also speculating why such a bloodbath was made can be really dangerous info for the WG (see kid Nico Robin with a bpunty of 89M and that was an understatement) so until Mihawk comes knocking at Marijoa or destroys same important wg base oflr the likes Aokiji should have an higher bounty.

WG issues bounties for infamy. Why would they issue bounty for doing the right thing in the past and serving marines?
