Kaido of course.
He is the one that Luffy, the other supernovas and their allies from Wano and Zou want to overthrow above all and is the true ruler and tyrant of Wano with Orochi having been nothing but a pawn for him in the end.
Orochi would have been nothing and deposed a long time ago without Kaido's support and protection.

Has Big Mom been a villain yet?? She got knocked off the waterfall a while back, turned into a kind amnesiac for a stretch, then took a long time to get dressed before catching Nami and Carrot. My vote is solidly for Kaido, and a case can be made for Orochi (RIP - Rest In Pieces), but Linlin just keeps getting clowned as she has since WCI.
Kaido no contest. Orochi has been introduced properly just this arc and he never had any real hype from his introduction to his demise (?), he gave on the other hand Spandam waves on all the line bar his myth df, also had never a real army under him (his strongest man were Denjiro, Kamazou who was given by Kaido and fodder ninja). He could stay tall just because there was Kaido backimg him (like he said to CP0).
BM had her arc before this, now she is playing a pivotal role or maybe a ticking bomb, for sure not the one of the main villain.

Ever since Punk Hazard, Kaido's hype keep rising even more
It's Kaidou; Big Mom may have been a threat since FI, the goal has been mostly taking Kaidou down since Punk Hazard. Kaidou may or may not be the first Yonko to fall but the Yonko's themselves will be features in this Saga that's been spanned since the Beginning of the Time Skip. It's more of a Collective for the Saga but for this Arc it's Kaidou. lol

- Who was the MOST villainous character? Orochi 100%.... His actions were far more villainous than any other character in Wano
- WHo is the MOST IMPORTANT villain character in Wano? Kaido 100%... cause the arc is more centered around defeating him since he's more important to defeat than defeating Orochi.... in other words, defeating kaido, means you defeated Orochi (despite what happened last chapter between them and Kaido betraying him)... basically Orochi got his backup and strength from Kaido... Defeat Kaido, and you win this war, but defeat Orochi alone, it doesn't mean jack shit, cause kaido controls everything in the background...
- Who was the least villainous, but with IMMENSE influence for any side this character is on? Big Mom... she did the LEAST villain moves this arc, but she has the strength/influence to affect the course of this war.
