Luffy would still become Pirate king as he has joyboys soul, as did Roger. That is also why he he wanted to become a Pirate BEFORE he met Shanks, as Oda has stated in the Vivre Card databook.

Whatever it is Luffy because he is a protagonist of one piece. So it doesn't matter, it is Oda that matters. Same way Oda backs Zoro over Law and hence Zoro can become WSS.

Anyways anyone with minimum IQ can understand Usopp can't become PK. First of all, Usopp is not adventurous type. Many arcs couldn't have happened even with Zoro in the place of Usopp. Usopp can't create G2, g3, g4 before awakening of whatever. Someone has to reach this stage to even create awakening.
I don't think turds can even comprehend such simple logic. Of course the chance of people with genuine thinking from this place is far lesser than toddler solving einstein equation.
