Usopp will haki bloom harder than luffy, dude was fighing with all his bones broken vs mr 4/5 in alabasta, pain luffy never suffered, Lutaro gets koed all the time without having his skull craked, Usopp wont ever be koed with the nika fruit lol.
Also people act like Luffy did something impressive to awaken his fruit, get real dudes, all he did was getting beaten with a stick by Kaido.
+Usopp is smart, more creative than Luffy in battles at leats. I mean its not hard to be creative with the god fruit, but well, usopp will be better.
