Can Van Augur teleport himself?

Shiryu and Van Augur, very few people dead or alive will be able to counter him and Van Augur has a free outta jail card, he might not be strong but he can't lose if he teleports out of reach.

I'd like to know if he can teleport himself too, Burgess's fruit seems broken.

Auger fruit is getting overhyped. The fruit is only beneficial if it suits the way you fight.

As for Burgess....you cant go wrong with super human strength.

The difference is (as far as we know) Van Augur doesn't actually have to swap that person with anything

Law's fruit is only actual teleportation when it's raining

That's why when he fought Hawkins we saw him throw a rock in his direction before he shambled over

If Van Augur can teleport anything including himself and objects you could argue that he has a top 5-10 fruit in the series

It would make observation almost useless

Even with future sight you can't see the future unless you're looking at your opponent

If a fast top tier teleported behind you you're not reacting to that

Van Auger's fruit is the coolest and the easiest to create an interesting fight. Burgess's isn't creative but it seems to be pretty strong and I'm curious to know the strength limit. Doq looks pretty broken, but I think Oda will limit his powers quite a bit.

The rest I think is just bad.
