Don't mind the corniness that much since this is One Piece we're talking about. My favorite one is probably Robin's because of the way it ties in to her backstory and history with the crew.

The weakest one for me is Jinbe's. It's probably underwhelming because it comes after a half-assed fight that got derailed to give out-of-place exposition about Nika, since Oda realized he needed to set up Luffy's Awakening a little too late. Never seen such crappy exposition from Oda, especially for something so important to the plot catded

"i'll become the king of hell" was not related to the fight vs king, it was about zoro finding his true self after the enma ordeal, it's a character defining moment, same as robin's "i can be a demon if i have to", and sanji's "i've already accepted my fate, i'm not the same person you fought back under the dome".

but here's my ranking:
1-law's: "i can't hear you"
2-zoro's: "there's nothing i hate more than weak excuses"
3-jinbe's: "if your going to run your mouth about history, be ready for what you're stepping into first"
4-robin's: "what was that you said about not needing arms and legs?"
5-luffy's: "i'll smash you all the way down to the bottom of hell" / kid's: "let me give you a hand and send you on your way to hell"
6-sanji's: "fly, you sicko"
7-brook's: "i appreciate you lining up for me! yo ho ho ho! and now, the phrase d'armes"
8-nami's line was stolen by zeus: "my job's not over until i hit the target"
