Speculations Who has the Rain God Devil Fruit?

Momo and Shirahoshi are perfect example of it. They are mortal with "God" Like ability.
Shirahoshi basically confirmed as the "reincarnation" Of Poseidon.
Momo i don't know what he is lol, but he almost had the same ability like Shirahoshi but so far only Zunisha. Momo might be "reincarnation" Of sum like that.
Vivi will be atleast the same, especially since Imu interested in her.
Given In all her arc She was asking Rain for her people.
Possibility is there
Since this is Oda's story after all. He can retcon anytime he wants.
Plus we still didn't get confirmation of "God" Exist, so they might be a "mortal" unique races with characteristics especially their body, i mean we got longleg and longarm tribe, people with Fire and wings on their back, Etc. It might be possible if the first original ancestor of Nefertari fam isn't a regular "human". We had perfect example of this on Seven Deadly Sins, Elizabeth.

Dragon. I'd be happy with Vivi as well getting it down the line if Oda gives Dragon a wind logia but as is him having such an important fruit fits given the scale of his opposition to the World Government. Just a matter of seeing which gets it. Vivi bringing the rain back to Alabasta with help from the Straw Hats (especially Luffy for taking down Croc) fits her great, plus would let her play an active role in the conflict but for now, Dragon.
