I think comparison is unfair.
One piece is a shounen manga whereas AOT is seinen. And adults actually prefer Seinen and it's shounen is Targeted towards Kids or teen.
Not many people enjoy rainbow world's and happy go mc. Some prefer dark shit

I'd have voted for Eren if the ending didn't happen. Now I'll vote for Luffy which is a rather easy decision, considering that I'm okay with him as a character; on the same category like Goku, the typical "dumb MCs" lol.

I think a better comparison is Eren vs Kaneki... which Eren would drastically lose.

Yeah I can definitely imagine how much he was hated back then at the peak of the story when people still trash him heavily to this day.

Yeah that's too far imo. I could perhaps maybe understand cussing at him, which would still be a bit too much imo, but physical assault is too far.

Circlejerk thread tbh

Eren has way more development since Luffy is basically a stationary character (he changes people around him as oposed to changing because of his surroundings, the only exception being Ace's death)

But this is just an excuse to wank SnK
