I believe it is Makino, as I stated back in OJ days. Here are my proofs.
Her kid shares a great resemblance to Ace in the anime (not just in look). The color of the cloth of baby Ace when Garp visited and Makino's kid is both Yellow.
We all know that Oda, like me, got a penchant for older women (a fucking cougar lover). I close my case that it is Makino and the Kid (Ann) will be the next receiver of the Straw Hat.
I also predict, that when she set off from Windmill village, the world will be more safer and peaceful for young people to have their share of adventure. Especially for young Ann, whose uncles are the PK and Fleet Admiral of the reformed navy.
Finally for Isuka shippers, it was never Isuka :p
