in chapter 626 it was stated that someone will appear and guide Shirahoshi in using her ability in the correct way and silhouette was shown that resembles Shanks very much since that person seems to have only one arm.

He doesn't look like Luffy , he doesn't have the strawhat and he is armless , and really Shanks is most likely a D. he is just known by his Name Shanks like Xebec was only known by the name Rocks.
She will join Luffy at the end in the war but someone has to teach her before .
I imagine another one will guide Vivi as well if she is the one who can command Pluton maybe the Dragon or Sabo.
