As far as I can remember, there has never been a single arc in One Piece where Zoro and Sanji get a clearly defined arc fight and Luffy didn't. So who is going to be Luffy's fight this arc like Super Sommers is Zoro's and Killingham is Sanji's? His Crocodile, Lucci, Enel, Moria, Doflamingo, Katakuri, Kaido etc.

he's not leaving just for someone lesser than him, i.e shamrock or mars, to come there and fight luffy for him

So far Imu is the one. Unless Imus reason of coming is purely to recruit Loki, he has no reason of leaving without fighting Luffy.

Imu is unlikely, he will leave soon after his time runs out. I presume Luffy will get few hits on him before that happens, but not expecting a full on fight

Oda is still hiding Loki’s hybrid form despite having him fight Imu.

We know Imu can’t fall here and that he’s currently on a time limit. My guess is he beats Loki and clashes with Luffy for a bit before forcibly turning Loki into a domi/HK and returning to Mariejois.
