As for the thread, ofc Sasuke is more controversial to his respective verse. That's not even remotely comparable.

The reason is because Zoro fans push for Zoro being stronger than most top tiers and they have canon material and sound reasoning to back up this agenda, whereas the others are just crying having their faves be below Zoro and Mihawk.

Pirate/Yonko - Roger/Shanks/Xebec = Swordsmen (remove Rocks if you want)
Admiral - Fujitora/Aramaki = Swordsmen (remove GB if you want)
Gorosei - Venus/Garling = Swordsmen
HK- Shamrock

All factions have a top tier swordsmen and those swordsmen are below Mihawk because Mihawk is WSS in name and reality.

And Gyuki couldn't immediately neutralize Itachis genjutsu, eventuality does not negate the fact that there was a great opening and Itachi was close enough, obviously fast enough to have done something permanent or dangerous in that timeframe.
