He didn't know CoC could be used on attacks till Kaido mentioned it
He literally is fully aware of what CoC is and his dialogue with Brook "Is it your CoC Zoro" to which he said "Nah I didn't do that"
Everyone in crew is probably aware Zoro had CoC that's why Brook so casually mentioned CoC
Even Zoro was chilling and smiling when Luffy displayed CoC "Like dayam you'd be a disappointment of a captain if you can't even do this"

Neither are ever going to get it, Sanji because he has his own unique power and has no need for it, Koby because of his personality.
The thing people forget is that CoC is something you're born with, not something you can just magically gain later, so Koby's introduction and character before he was trained by Garp directly proves he's not got it, he was literally Usopp 2.0 before Garp trained him, hardly a natural born leader or king.

Yes that's fine, as long as you don't pretend like there is a clearly defined list of traits that a character must posses to have CoC, because there clearly isn't. You can be a guy who's life revolves around eating donuts or the greatest pirate on the seas, if Oda want's you to have CoC, you'll have it. And I'm in the camp that doesn't care if Sanji gets CoC or not, but also believe that he will most likely get it because there is no chance the greatest crew in history will only have 2 conquerors. Sanji is chasing a "treasure" that no one believes exists besides him and Zeff, he comes from a line of Kings that conquered the North blue, a guaranteed top tier fighter and is going to be remembered as one of the right hand men/Wings of The pirate king/Joyboy/Sun God Nika; there is nothing shocking about him potentially possessing CoC.
