I went on a japanese translator and it meant King. I don't know if it true

Could he have been one of the notorious pirate captains Bege killed? Could he be an impel down escape roaming the streets or working for Buggy. Could he have a new identity. Could Moriah have gotten his shadow. Could he have died like Captain John.

I believe Ouchoku is a reference to 汪/王直Wang Zhi (or Ouchoku in japanese), a chinese pirate

Chinjao is the 12th leader of the Happo Navy and was defeated 30 years ago by Garp.

Since the Rocks were crushed 38 years ago, Ouchoku could be the 11th leader and maybe Chinjao's daddy.
