I do think she was the woman in the MADS shot, and I feel like beyond that her role is just CP0, but I want to hear some of the more crazy theories.

Without proof or hints - a crazy theory of mine: She could be someone who has gained immortality through Law’s devil fruit. Maybe she was even alive during the void century and knows Imu personally – maybe even spys for him/her.
