Mr Go is a bipolar stupid man that one time says Yonko fights are as important as commanders fights and when commanders fights are over he goes back and says that only Yonko fights matter.
Not only that but he was dumb enough to think Kaido could have lost to Luffy. Not only he 'sacrificed' himself but he awakened Luffy what WG didn't wanted. I'm pretty sure that if wasn't for him Kaido would just knocked out Luffy again instead of killing him. And after that he would either cut his head(yeah I know... Oda...) or imprisoned him once more.

The other is Kaido from the 100 Not kills. The man told to be a beast and brutal that kills everybody. His score is resumed to Oden in a flashback. Empty villain with empty dreams and no real purpose to exist.
