That's true however it won't take much to turn the tide since the mc and shanks fanboys are so used to favoritism from author

Hard disagree. Wano was good for pretty much all the Strawhats since they defeated pretty strong opponents.
Sanji has especially been racking up feats since WCI.
Wano was phenomenal for Sanji, and Egghead was especially generous with impressive speed, durability, AP and Haki feats from the start to finish.

X/Twitter is hardly an argument. Almost all fandoms, even outside of One Piece and other works, are completely toxic if not sociopathic.

You're right that there's no Zoro fan - at least on this forum - who straight up made death threats but I think the closest one, or scummy if I phrase it like that, was Fenaker flaunting to MarineHQ about the terror act in Germany last year december when a psychopath killed many people by driving +200km at masses. I mean who tf does that?

If you ask me Zoro is more of male fanservice for little boys and teens as he only provides “badass” moments i guess?
These men are obsessed to the point of worship and some may actually believe they are the character 💀💀💀 if you say one not so nice thing about the character, they take it so personal to the EXTREME point of death threats, harassment, stalking, homophobia, racism (ironic) and they try to get their entire fanbase on you
