I don't think anyone in One Piece is similar to Minato. Naruto went from not knowing about him, to being upset at him, to appreciating him etc.

Maybe Dragon one day if Luffy acts the same, but Luffy doesn't seem like the type to get upset about this. Shanks is someone Luffy looked up to and strived towards from the start. Naruto wanted to become Hokage to get acknowledged, not over Minato.

In terms of powers, I'd say Law room teleportation resembles Minato's flash moves where he teleports using his kunai and the mark...

But if we're talking about character and personality, I think the one who matches him the most is Sabo (IFFF he became a father in future)
But I feel his cheery attitude when he's around friendly environment, plus being a bit more responsible compared to Luffy, ie: less reckless and uses more of his head out of three brothers... and the blonde hair, plus he has fire ability, which could resemble in appearance the Beiju mode where Naruto or His dad go with which looks like flames...

Also both have gags regarding "names"... Minato has bad sense in naming attacks, while Sabo has bad sense in remembering names correctly in general...

So... ifff for example Sabo got married in future... got kids, I feel he will resemble Minato the most

Shanks. He's the one our protagonist idolizes. Roger's title has always been what Luffy wants but I don't remember ever caring about the man himself.


Roger is more like Hiruzen imo

It's more that he wants Rogers title because of Shanks
Shanks is the reason he becomes a pirate and Roger is just the milestone
