Appearance wise: Black Maria > Ulti > Yamato > Hiyori.
Black Maria should have been the "Komurasaki" of Wano instead of Hiyori. Would have been better to have the highest ranking oiran of Wano being a villain instead of another princess trope.

I don't take fictional character serious to the point imagining if they are IRL and how I'd act accordingly or seek others opinion regarding such
