For example post EL the no 3 spot was taken by Robin, after Dressrosa it was taken by Usop and post Wano by Jinbe.

But what about the future?
Will Sanji be able to reach the no 3 position while Zoro has the no 2 ?
Or another strawhat will occupy it relegating Sanji to the no 4 position again?
