If this were any other arc, I'd expect this guy to make an actual appearance somewhere in the arc but for Wano I don't know.

I don't know how a character gets four mentions in different instances and NEVER GETS INTRODUCED in the arc once. Like it's not even said the person died.

And yet with how weird Wano is, it's seems entirely possible this guy never gets introduced.

Guys, let's just hope this raid fails so that we get another 60 chapters of Wano to clear up ALL these weird dangling threads that will be so akward on re-reads if they never get cleared up at all in this arc.

The Wiki says, he's a Yakuza boss that was around 30 years ago, and had a "War" with Hyogoro. But that's all that's known.
