Ulti has a great design and surprised me the most. She’s stronger than I thought. I also love her interactions with PayPay

Yamato would’ve been the number 1 but her obsession with Oden is annoying. Admiring someone is good but that’s too much. Other than that she’s great.

Black Maria has a great design and her fight against Robin was good but that’s it. She’s alright

Hiyori is brave and I loved her plot line with Zoro

Wano provided us with some good female characters. Yamato is at the top for me, but there were also many others like Ulti, Black Maria, Kunyun and of course many female Gifters (Sarahebi, Solitaire, Mantis, Butterfly). But I don't really care about Hiyori.
