Boa Hancock to be honest, loved how when oda showed different sides of her personality. 
(he also did it to Pudding, but im not the biggest fan of her design lol, plus she's too young for me).
As for straw hats, it has to be robin (love her dark humour)
And for other one piece characters There is Charlotte Galette, Ginrummy, Baccarat (from a pure visual standpoint, they all have such classy designs lol, and a fiery attitude to go with it lol)
You know for all the flack that Oda gets for all her female characters having the same body and face shape, design and fashion wise Oda is amazing. I like Oda's female designs for their variety, particularly the more mature looking females, they can be really sexy. :love:
