1. Gorosei, Gods Knights and possibly the Tenryuubito population as a whole know.

2. Kong, Sengoku & Sakazuki either know or have pieced together that there’s someone higher up. Not explicit knowledge. I’d say the Roger Pirates are more educated than these characters but not as much as the first group.

3. The admirals otherwise are likely ignorant. Perhaps they have an inkling that things are more complicated behind the scenes.

The only ones who actually know of Imu are the Gorosei and maybe the oldest Holy Knights, nobody else does.

High ranking Marines like Sengoku, Garp and Akainu probably have an inkling that there exists someone higher than the Gorosei, but they aren't aware of Imu himself imo.

teh selestial dragonz are shown to not know about void century when vega punk talked about it..thus i tont tink they know about imu sana...and i have teory that imu sana hate selestial dragonz and hold gruje against them...

That’s true. I’m counting that as consensual ignorance as we do see the Gods Knights fairly worldly and Garling seems as knowledgeable as any Gorosei.

No no, I think that Akainu only suspects. As maybe Sengoku.

He said "you are telling me", yeah, but I don't think they talked about Imu.
