Speculations Who started the fight back in Sabaody Archipelago? Killer or Urouge?

Very surprised to see everyone picking Urouge, I think Killer has been portrayed as an instigator at several turns since then (even if he mainly has a reputation as a cool customer who thinks shit through) and I could see him stepping to the guy over some misconstrued remark about Kid 
"According to Kid, Killer hated his own laugh so much that he beat up anyone who made fun of it. He eventually stopped laughing at all and started to wear a mask to hide his face."
Three fucking times across two separate days, he felt compelled to say the same thing but less coherent every time…just put him and everyone else out of their misery already @mods @admins
