Character Discussion Who was handled worse?BM or Kaido?Let's take a look

BM easily. She from her character shouldn't be a yonko and single handily made a joke of the title. I understand why oda made her that way. It's to make it believable that characters like brook can even remotely do something and survive against her. If it was kaido in wci then half the crew would have died. She had to turn into a clown because oda didn't properly pace the sh's it be ready to face a yonko.

In strength -- Kaido was handled way better. BM feats almost made me quit OP

In character --BM was better
This. Yep, Big Mom turned out to be a Big Meme, but overall her character was interesting for me, Kaido's just... Meh.
But Kaido did live up to his "strongest creature" hype, he fought relentlessly and lost to Nika plot armor basically.

BM's introduction in Fishman Island was really terrifying, and her proper introduction being godzilla had this cartoony vibe was also pretty amazing. Her background history chapters are some of the best post-TS, a "natural born monster" and highly sought out by underground Marine forces as well. Her feats IMO were on par for Yonko of her type, a tanky fighter who's on the slower side but compensating with a Homie that she uses for mobility, and crazy raw strength that the MCs early on had no choice but to dodge because otherwise they would be one-shot by them. A powerful DF that is extremely versatile and does many things from giving her flight to healing her and making allies out of her surroundings. And her fight with Kaido for 3 days/nights solidified her high top tier status, in addition to having ACoA + ACoC just for completion (though that was never her main fighting style). Her goals to find the OP and to make a world where every race can live together have been pretty clear-cut. She was an unpredictable character and her charisma was great, although she had her extremely questionable moments like Mother Mode and O-Lin.

Kaido's introduction was also really impressive, but weird. Wanting to suicide by dropping off from the sky was based af. His proper intro as a drunk dragon had this cartoony vibe to it as well. His background was completely rushed and cramped and forced in the worst imaginable time when he was literally a punch away from getting beaten. Arguably his greatest flashbacks were those from King, where he was portrayed as King's savior and their mentor-savior like relationship. His goals were so muddled and convoluted I still don't know to this day what was the point in all of his suicide bullshit. His title as the "World's Strongest Creature" is incredibly justified and being a complete fighter with all 3 Haki mastery types and quick succession of transformations in between. An endurance monster, worthy of his 1v1 reputation. Overall, a decent character for a villain whose presence is imposing because felt like nobody could win against him until Joyboy was pulled out of Luffy's ass. But maybe even that is a flaw written for his character if that required such a thing.

Kaido is worse

For Big Mom, at least Oda put some effort at the start before going lazy and decoded to turn her into a joke

Kaido, the only part where he's not a joke is when he jumped off from the sky and introduced 8 king's style
After that it's not even funny, Oda seems to have no idea of what he's supposed to do with him

In Terms of on-screen presence/being a Threat:
I will ignore BM in Wano because i still see no sense Oda used BM in Wano

BM:She was written as unstoppable Force in WCI,unable to defeat her at this point, while running away was the only option for the Maincast. The only way to survive and escape WCI were a plotarmor mode and a Plan,in this case the take.Otherwise, their was no option

Kaido: In personally never had the feeling he has the upper Hand and the control over the Main Cast.Pretty bad written as being a big Threat for the Main.I mean,he barely did something in like 100 Chapter.Shoulnd the Mainvillain of the Arc do more to show hes the big deal?Yeah 100%,but he didnt. In general the BP´s did barely anything

In Terms of Lore:

BM: BM had a good a fine Flashback. The Giantstuff and Mother Caramell.Had a problem with Luffy since FMI as he told her he will kick her ass.And by ruined the wedding.Their was a connecten

Kaido: The Flashback were 4 pages long and the only thing we got were to see how he looked as a Kid and then as a Teenager.Wow,impressive.Their was barely a connection with Luffy. In fact,Kidd has a bigger connection with Kaido.

In Terms of Character:

BM: Was pretty much consistent by ruling the WCI with fear and even killing her children.Had always something for candys as we know since FMI and that was even a Theme of WCI.

Kaido: Oh boy,he was introduced as someone who wants to start a War and his Maingoal was to die.For what reason? No Idea, was never told. Then it was claimed hes ruthless and told on-screen he wants to break the spirit/will/w/e of his prisoners .To bad you dont break anything when the Warden just dances and Kaido himself is doing nothing.Later he told that he will rip off Ruffys head.Well,in the end he just kicked him from Oni.Then it was told he wanted to be Joyboy. Why?Was also never told us.Half of his goals was never explained and his Character got retconned again by always saying "This is fun"

In think Kaido was handled far Worse and was really just a Traintool for Luffy

What do you think?
i think both of them are mental unstable specially big mom haha
