Future Events Who will be Garling's opponent

who will fight this monster ?

it seems like there are 2 main options

1. shanks
he is garling's relative and there is a blood connection between them

but its very likely that he gets whooped by blackbeard before the final fight .

2. dragon
he also got a fair deal of narrative to go against garling

- holy knights are revolutionary's main opponent

and its in dragon's best interest to defeat the strongest holy knight since he is the strongest revolutionary

and this way he will also beat a gorosei

there is also a chance that garling might be connected to ginny

so overall , garling is the best opponent for dragon .

but topman is also a choice since he is themed after justice ,
this will be a good chance for dragon to showoff his dragon claw fighting style

this way he will crack topman's hard skin and basically crush that boar

imo the only other character to have a 90% chance against a gorosei is zoro

garling vs shanks
topman vs dragon
venusjuro vs zoro

while other gorosei might be beaten by sabo and law ( maybe even kidd if shanks is dead )

it was said that the Holy Knights would be mobilized because of Sabo's actions, so he might fight Garling if he doesn't fight Warcury.

Blackbeard could defeat him and get his third fruit. Garling has Xebec ties.

Luffy should beat a Gorosei as well at some point. Though I'm not certain. If he does though, either Garling or Topman makes the most sense

I like the idea of Garling being taken down by one of Sengoku/Garp/Rayleigh/some marine, but that's unlikely.

Garling vs Dragon
Topman vs Sabo
Nusjuro vs Zoro
Mars vs Law
Peter vs Sanji

Garling seems to important with how oda set him up for the likes of Dragon, and I don't know if Shanks ever in the story will participate fighting the WG, its pretty much clear he doesn't do much to upset the status quo for quite sometime

Dragon a pretty good call outside. Outside of him tho Kid maybe? Might be a cope out for never actually getting to defeat shank despite all the random buildup. Then Fuji/Law are the only other relevant sword using characters worthy of gorosei defeating portrayal. If not 1 of those 4, not clue who has big enough prominence for such an end game defeat.

Topman feels like a Teach fight imo. Oda been hinting at a confrontation between the WG & D clan for decades now. Seem pretty weird if only Luffy brings down a gorosei. There’s also been hints at teach PK ambitions being more similar to Rock/Imu then Roger’s. In which case the WG in his way

Meaning He is the One who guide this Time Bomb or Trigger it

While Shadow Man is gonna be playing Role of Lucci in Ennies Lobby or Katakuri in Totto Land
Meaning He is Mary Geoise Crown Jewel & Strongest Holy Knight in History

Together They are Main Evils of Mary Geoise/WG, who will Stop them?

SHs are gonna Survive Imu's Time Bomb thanks to Brook, just like Big Mom's Rampage was Stopped by Sanji's Cake & Aokiji's Buster Call was Escaped thanks to Usopp's Going Merry, Brook being a Knight means We gonna see Luffy vs Brook soon & his Awakening or Bink's Sake Song is Key to Survive Imu's Wrath

Shadow Man will obviously be defeated by Luffy in an Extremely Close Fight
It's gonna be a Skill-Test Fight just like Lucci or Katakuri, not a "Discover Weakness" Fight like some other Villains

As for Garling, i believe He is gonna be Defeated by a New Ally who wants Revenge (Just like Franky/Neko who Defeated Spandam/Pero), and this Ally should be Strongest Fighter from Island that SHs Visit before going to Mary Geoise

It's probably Elbaf because Franky & Neko were Part of a Duo alongside Iceberg & Inu respectively, and They didn't get along at first.
Elbaf have Tradition of picking Two Leaders, so either God of Elbaf or his Rival is gonna join the War & get Revenge on Garling for Killing someone from Elbaf (Like Tom/Pedro)
