Sanji becoming a top tier is only because the opponents he’s going to have to face for Luffy. It’s the same for zoro
If Luffy fights the leader zoro will fight their #2 and sanji their #3

The opponents he'll have to fight? Did you forget when, in this same arc, he bubbled Kaku instead of fighting, ignored Lucci stabbing an ally and run away from both Saturn and Kizaru? Lmao

Sanji was established as a cook from the get go, which was further reinforced in his own arc of whole cake island, with him baking a cake rather than fighting a true 1 v 1 with a veteran or sweet commander. He's a unique case amongst the main cast as he faces rather diverse challenges.

I believe that at EoS he will rather fight a mental battle than a physical one, with his Kaido/ Mihawk being Ivancock.

He will become the New Newkama King while overcoming his rather unhinged amount of transphobia.

Sanji not even picking two top tiers that he’s standing in form of his s just brushed off by you bozos . Then you start screaming he’s going to be a top tier .
