Luffy vs kuzan and/or akainu leaving him to sabi

Sanji vs cp aigis(sheild) 0 strongest

- Kong's subordinates (there are clearly more under him, we got a hint to one that Doflamingo talked to after Marineford, Kong isn't the only WG employee outside of Cipher Pol; not indicating they are stronger than Akainu)
- Fleet Admiral (Akainu)
- Admirals (Fuji, Kizaru, Ryo)
- 7 Zodiac Vice Admirals (Including Momosagi and Chaton, the Sheep, Horse, Rat, Snake and Dragon may exist since the first 2 lost to Fuji/Ryo for the Admiral title and still obtained Admiral codenames)
- Regular VA's (Giant Squad too)
- Rest of the Marines

Then add extrainous groups like CP-0 and SSG, which probably have their own additional hierarchy's. We'll see this as we move closer to the final war stages eventually. If we thought Kaido/BMs groups were huge, this is going to be massive.

Not mention there's gotta be other celestial dragons that are fighters like doflamingo or have fighters under them

I think fujitora momousagi and chaton and other Marines are siding with Luffy though. Theyre friends with garp and there
Will probably be a split between pro wg vs anti wg Marines (sword..)

Fujitora and Ryokugyu won’t get beat.

Kizaru could get hypetooled by any number of characters- he’s a very disposable character, plotwise.

Sakazuki Luffy or Sabo. Maybe even Dragon. Even being beaten by another Marine in a fight for the future of the organisation wouldn’t be outside the realms of possibilty.
