Killer looks like Veteran lvl so imma say Page1 .

I feel Killer would comfortably beat him if he goes serious but it's my supposition for now

I go with the mainstream theory: Luffy, Kidd and Law vs Kaido while Z gets King, S Queen and Jimbe Jack.

Killer at this point could simply go with Kidd or be an hype tool for somebody. After Zoro trashed him imo that is his role or at best he gets a flying 6 or a some good portrayal vs Kaido or a number maybe.. Too soon.

Killer got thrashed by zoro, so I'm pretty sure the most he's gonna get is a Tobi roppo fight, or atleast a decent matchup. Oda is putting ear emphasis on the worst gen, so hopefully he didn't forget about the two first mate worst gen members like he always does.

But who's who and sasaki are said to be super powerful, only taking orders from kaido. Killer quite frankly isn't in the right state to take em on

I can see him facing one of the Tobbu roppo or one of the henchmen/samurai allied with Shogun Orochi. He is for sure not fighting a calamity though.
One of the numbers could also be an option.
