I think that Buggy will still very relevant until the end of the Manga and we did not see him since a while.

I think that the most charismatics losers of Luffy battles will join his Empire.

So who do you think will join Emperor Buggy Empire ?

Buggy needs a Yonkou crew to be a Yonkou.

So Buggy needs people as strong as Commanders or even Admirals.
