The BBP don’t have similarity to Rox as a crew. Just because BB idolizes Rox doesn’t make him the modern day Rox. Thats like calling Shanks modern day Roger when we know it’s Luffy just because shanks uses Roger’s attacks

They just both look like generic pirates. Ben is definitely not a Walmart ray as the two have zero similarities in personality, style, or design.

I think Mihawk is Cross Guild's Zoro, and Crocodile is it's Nami & Buggy is it's Usopp,
Meaning soon, They are gonna have an Official Leader who represents their Luffy & imo it's Final Villain whoever it is

After that, They simply need Six more Members (Just like SHs),
And just like any Crew, their Theme needs to be Preserved & Consistent
(Big Mom Pirates being a Family, WB Pirates being Orphans, Beasts Pirates being Outcasts, Red-Hair Pirates abandoning their Families for Adventure, BB Pirates being Corrupt People ... etc)

Mihawk, Crocodile & Buggy were a Trio of Pirates who were Affiliated with No One,
So Rest should be Same, Characters who are not Part of WG, Revos or Yonko

There are many Candidates including some of those you mentioned

Only way I could see that is if it's Imu and Imu is of the Royal branch, and Mihawk is a Nerona which is a sub branch, and somehow Imu can forcibly command Mihawk by way of his demonic powers.

Otherwise it's more believable that Buggy earns Mihawk's respect by reminding him of things long forgotten

Buggy knows Momo, Hiyori, Neku, and Inu, sailed with Oden, and is "close" with Shanks. If Buggy shows up, he'll be welcomed.

Wano's Samurai/Beast Pirate remnants give Mihawk a large group of swordsmen to train (or have the Humandrills train, since the Humandrills are probably busted now that they spent the whole Time Skip watching Zoro and Mihawk train).

Croc finally gets Pluton, at least gets the island it's on.

Wano gets a pirate group that can easily help reinforce their borders from the Marines/Pirates.

Moria joins to resurrect Kaido's corpse as a Zombie to get revenge, and helps the Guild invade Wano by giving direction to the country, and leading a zombie army. Either way, Moria ends up in Wano.

Mihawk is clearly Religious, that means He believes in Higher Power,
Just like Sun God turned out to be Kuma's God, Mihawk have Someone He would devote his Life to,
If it was Imu, Mihawk would have worked for WG

There are many so-called Gods in OPVerse, whether it's Celestial Dragons or Lunarians or Elbaph Rulers or Sun God or Buddha or Ancient Weapons or other Rulers like from Skypiea & Fishmen Island ... etc

However, Oda also revealed someone who was considered "Sea God" & He is associated with Storms, He is mentioned in multiple Arcs such as Fishmen Island & Thriller Bark (Both Arcs associating him with Storms)

Mihawk's Introduction Chapter was Titled Storm (Referring to him),
So that means Sea God is who Mihawk worships

It's just a question of who & where is this Sea God.

I argued for this since the longest time, I believe we re going to get bbp Vs cross guild at wano, CG will be there for the poneglyph and the BBP for pluton.
