- Moria. This one seems obvious: a former Warlord joining three other former Warlords. Perona has a connection with Mihawk, so she could act as a bridge and bring Moria in. Plus, he has just gained relevance through the recent cover story and SBS. Oda has plans for him.

- Kid. With Cross Guild mirroring the Rocks Pirates, I can see Kid somehow being recruited, since John formerly had the Jiki Jiki no Mi, just like how Gill Bastar had the Horo Horo no Mi.

- Hancock. Another former Warlord who needs an ally and would mirror Gloriosa, who had a one-sided love for the straw-hat-wearing Roger.

- Stussy (clone), Miss Buckin, and Weevil. Stussy has nowhere to go after the events of Egghead. Maybe both Stussy and Miss Buckin will join Cross Guild. Miss Buckin would insist on freeing the former Warlord Weevil.

- Doflamingo. Another former Warlord who could be freed from Impel Down if they were to raid it to retrieve Weevil. Once, Doffy wanted to work together with Croc; now they would.

- Katakuri. Big Mom's son, who might join to gain powerful allies to get Pudding back.

For now, I don't think Law is joining. Enel won't. I think there's a different plan for NEO MADS.

Bege could join... think Don Marlon. Cross Guild will swell in numbers and power.

Moria is the most obvious one seeing as Perona left to go rescue him from Blackbeard and is close with Mihawk. Oda just dumped his backstory as a Kozuki in an SBS so he probably has the ability to read poneglyphs which is needed for getting the One Piece.

Weevil would also be a great pick up too as he has beef with Blackbeard for killing his (alleged) father, maybe Moria and Weevil can bond over getting their runback at Blackbeard. I don't see Hancock joining because she's on good terms with the Straw Hats unlike Gloriosa who pined after Roger but the Roger pirates really did not care for her.

At best you can say a non character like Weevil could join, but there´s no way Oda would put the likes of Law, Kidd, Kata or Doffy in the group. They´re too big of personalities,and they would end up in harsh competition with Croco´s already very minor role in the series.

I think he works because he wouldn´t really threaten Croco´s position at all, he would be his underling. But I don´t necessarily think Oda will go out of his way to put it in the story.

He was bascially made to believe Buggy and to make the CG competitive.

It mirrors Satan/Majin Bu.

I genuinely don’t get how people can get hyped for weak filler characters like Moria and Perona joining CG.

Moria Is a great character and the only Kozuki who isn't spineless.

The only shame Is that Oda didn't use the TS to bring him back to his prime.

Nah, Moria probably can´t read the RPs. He isn´t a Kozuki by birth, and the fact that Sukiyaku was left to live unlike the rest of them by Kaido implies only the royal family learn how to read RP´s, not all Kozukis.

I'm genuinely baffled you think Oda established Cross Guild as a contendor for the One Piece even putting Buggy in that big spread hyping up the Final War, but in reality doesn't actually take the group seriously at all. That's 100% not gonna be the case my guy.

Anyway, tbh only Weevil is trictly necessary. The rest are optional and depends on how big of a threat the CG wants to be.

With Weevil they would be already much stronger and stronger than any normal crew.

They haven’t done anything since their intro besides getting T-Bone killed.
