Who's gonna save cross guild and help buggy look good during the process?

Lots of people mention how fujitora might go after cross guild and fight mihawk but, i think people are forgetting how much of cross guild's hype revolves around buggy. Being seen as the captain of the group tho not true in reality still gives buggy alot of hype. Along with him also being a roger pirate buggy just has alot of hype in the eyes of the world government

So if fujitora gathers a force taking into consideration mihawk and crocodile he should also believe buggy is a serious threat himself and be prepared.

In that scenario buggy himself obviously isn't as strong as they believe so who will end up saving them?
Imo shanks

1. He's close to buggy and mihawk
2. Left elbaf and is free to do more
3. He can ally with them instead of making them straight up subordinates so win win for both sides
4. Buggy and cross guild can play a role in the final battle between the emperors
5. Aka the davy back fight for the last poneglyph
