It's Van Auger of course. And I expect our man Usopp to show that he is capable of unlocking decent levels of haki as well as new named attacks that are way more lethal than the current ones or else he will never defeat him.

I'm sure usopp will fight Van Auger but I think BBP will go done before the World Government so he will fight Van auger in the battle for pirate king on laugh tale then fight green bull in the final war.

I hope the BB pirates will feature as last obstacle. I would not see the idea of God Tiers happening as fancy.

We know that usually authors make the last fights also the most difficult.

This is exactly entirely why I totally see Zoro v Mihawk happening as Zoro's last fight for example. I doubt Shiryu will ever pass him.

But for the penultimate opponent (similar to Mihawk for Zoro), I think it would be Yasopp...
