11. Maybe Katakuri (if the BM pirates seize to exist after BM's loss, or he becomes the captain)

Everyone in your poll but Garp and BB. Also add Shirahoshi aka Poseidon with countless Sea Kings, the Minks and Zunisha.

Have Rayleigh, Zoro, Law, Sabo, Dragon, Shanks, Benn, Marco, Katakuri, Hancock, and Jinbei face off against Akainu, Kizaru, Fujitora, Ryokugyu, Garp, and Sengoku.

Have Lanjino sneaks in while being invisible (his specialty) to free Joyboy.

Have the rest of SHs alliance fight the rest of the Marines.
