Ace loves BB more because BB wanted him in his crew, while Lakainu was Nazi about Ace due to him being Roger's son, Ace always had issue with people like Lakainu, who hated him for being Roger's son, not even comparable.
BB also respects WB, while Lakainu makes fun with WB. Another big difference.

Lakainu killed more than 1 WB pirate, killed 8 or 9 people while talking shit about WB for no reason. It was just business for BB, he admitted he was wrong and he had no other choice, he would kill Ace too if his intention was just killing WB pirates.
Its not Lakainu's job to let every other pirate escape and only to kill Ace. Even Sengoku gave up on Ace at that moment. Lakainu is a racist Nazi about Ace, he doesn't even care about pirates, he only cares about being a government dog, because Ace was Roger's son.

The fact Marshall D. Teach betrayed his own Commander, killed him and ran off is such a deep and dark mark. Ace went against the entire crew to hunt Teach down from the start of the Grandline to the middle of Paradise only to discover Teach also had intentions to hurt his little brother.
Meanwhile, Akainu was the most prominent Naval Officer against the Whitebeard Pirates + allies, ensuring the deaths of countless crewmembers, personally attacked & mutiliated Whitebeard twice, insulted his honor and went for Luffy when given an easy opportunity.
So it should be close. Pirates hold honor high, that even the notoriously sneaky and honorless Linlin was aghast at the Beast Pirates' actions in Onigashima. And to a crew like Whitebeard's where familial bonds are their strongest links to one another, betraying that should be extremely damning. He'd hate Akainu of course, but you can rationalize that Akainu is Navy and thus the enemy. The nature of this relationship is straight forward and if Ace survived Marineford he'd positively hate Akainu but this is what happens when enemies go to war.
