I would give Tashigi a power up, such as she can use flying slashes that are small like rain drops. Hense Shigure means autumn rain.
Up her speed more and she can dash around like a flying bird with Soru/Geppo.

I want Tashigi to make Zoro seriously sweat in a sparring match with her, enough that he recognizes her ability.

Smoker needs to overtake the current "full" admirals. Smoker's personality/character is so superior to any of the admirals, except Fuji is cool.

Ussopp needs something equal to Nami's Zeus, and Choppers Monster point. Not even negotiable as part of an Emperors crew and supposed "Brave Warrior of the Sea".

My belief is that it's a confidence boost + tech call backs like shells. But Kumas DF would be pretty nice, as it would let him travel about as much as Noland did.

I would give Ussop Jinbe a power up.

- Ussop would get the gusty pea bullet. It is a pea size bullet, when popped it will blow you away. This power is even blowing away guys like king/queen.

Jinbe would get armament haki alternate liquid ground. Jinbe would use his haki to break apart the ground and force them to be a liquid for a few seconds. In water he could force water to stay completely still untill it freezes.
