Let us hope it wasn't Sakazuki, who spoke so tenderly to Bonney. The WG was no longer after Bonney, she isn't build like Kuma, probably not a Buccaner, probably not Kuma's biological daughter.

So MAYBE she is indeed Luffy's mother and Bonney is a clone. Meaning Bonney is a clone of Luffy's mother.

I gave a reason. Before it was stated that Bonney is Kuma's daughter, it was a popular idea that she the child of Akainu, due to the interaction that I mentioned

She is likely not Kuma's biological daughter. Most people, even in One Piece, have a father and a mother. Ginny is obviously the mother. And she is likely going to die son.
The Clone Clowns could be right but Bonney looks different from Ginny. Stussy looks exactly how Bakkin once looked. Did Vegapunk get worse at cloning over the years? Stussy is alot older than Bonney.
I doubt Sakazuki would have done that.
Although he's a short sighted ignorant idiot with double standards because he serves the Celestial Dragons, he still has a fanatical sense of justice. Too bad he's just a dumb military dog following orders. If only he had enough IQ to think for himself.

It is therefore far more likely she was created in a petri-dish mixing Ginny and Kuma DNA so they could avoid the doctor doing a blood test like in Kuma's flashback.
