Powers & Abilities Who's CoO is more Advanced

Katakuri's Advanced CoO isn't that impressive for one simple reason, because he got defeated by someone who literally just learned it.
That means Katakuri doesn't stand out among Advanced CoO Users

We can't use this as argument because its luffy. We know it doesn't make sense when luffy FS was not even as good as Katakuri but oda still made him dodge and be on par with Katakuri.

While shanks is the best in coc
Coo is really hard to say ....... maybe fuji ?????

Overall I think these 2 are the best in haki
Otherwise how can they compete against monsters top tiers with crazy devil fruits

Obviously Katakuri.
Rayleigh FS is an ability that a few among the mighty one posses.
Bege said Katakuri train his CoO so much that he's able to see in future.
So nothing is better than FS even more than Katakuri's FS.
To be fair Katakuri was Build around this ability.
His FS, his personality everything match with FS.
He can use it in a large scale as at the wedding. He also choose to not use it a short tile against SM to understand how SM works and at this moment he had a huge range with basic CoO.

Katakuri. Even though there are other applications/branches of Observation haki, I don't see Mihawk being better than Katakuri overall. Fujitora had good Observation too, maybe we'll even see more from him but aside from his nickname, "Hawkeyes" I don't see what Mihawk has. We'll see when Mihawk shows off his Observation but I feel like he's more of an Armament guy, both is possible but I don't see him being so good at both.
