Speculations Who's going to fight Vegapunk?

The warrior of science fans once again promise us that judge's son has nothing to do with the MADS plotline that started with Queen and since fighting 2 out 3 of it's members is also irrelevant, then who is going to further that narrative and who's going to fight Vegapunk? 
Vegapunk could be around Mihawk's level of swordsmanship, he cuts deeper.
1.We don't know if he is a fighter.
2.Despite working for the WG, Vegapunk doesn't seem to be a bad guy, on his native island the citizens loved him and he stopped Ceasar from killing a bunch of people
3.While Sanji is indeed the strawhat with the most connection to the mads characters, Franky should be the one to have his plotline tie in with Vegapunk

You're overestimating Franky, his part in the whole thing is getting Queen's arm off panel to upgrade his radical beam. Needless to say that Franky never got the arm from Judge's son.

Unfortunately Franky is not going to have plotline with a character that isn't a mid tier underling, Oda would rather create a new character to solo Vegapunk.

Where is Franky right now? On the one island that produces Seastone, with Seastone smiths.
Franky will eventually fight Vegapunk's SSG army using his own cyborg army, taking Queen's technology from his broken arm, Vegapunk's technology from the lab he blew up, Judge's technology from Sanji, and his own ingenious SUUUUUPER intellect. I also expect Franky to get some Seastone upgrades to his own body.
