I mean he clearly looks like the meanest. It's cool that Kaido has a goofball like Queen but Wano shouldn't only be composed of dino-chans and horny boy fodders. Big Mom already brought Flampe, let Kaido have the real thugs. Jack was the hardest thug in the series when he showed up and Kaido literally believes he's unbeatable, so I'd like the Beast Pirates to live up.

After the last chapter, I like Who’s Who, Sasaki and Ulti even more. Black Maria suffers from a lack of personality so far and Page One is easily my least favorite Tobi Roppo.
