Character Discussion Who's the most educated SH other than Robin?

Because of having an education I'd call Sanji more of a jack of all trades in it. He's well rounded in a lot of things they've had to know (still don't know how he knew foxfire guy was from Wano and the topknot thing if Wano was isolationist thanks for no explanation Oda) but sometimes as clueless as the rest.
So not genius level like Robin and Franky but University level with street smarts to add to it thanks to Zeff.

Luffy grew up around bandits.
Zoro spent his whole life swinging swords.
Usopp lived alone.
Sanji had education as a kid but was imprisoned and abandoned.
Chopper had medical education but was sheltered and didn't know much about the world.
Franky grew up playing with garbage and tins.
Brook's education is outdated.
Jimbei has practical knowledge but not as much theoretical knowledge.
Nami studied in her village library and later Arlong provided her materials to study, despite living a pretty hard life.

Nami, Chopper, Franky(was smart enough to self-educate too like Nami)...Zoro probably got consistent education too in the dojo.
