I never said Jinbei was dumb lol. He's definitely wise and experienced for sure.

Because of having an education I'd call Sanji more of a jack of all trades in it. He's well rounded in a lot of things they've had to know (still don't know how he knew foxfire guy was from Wano and the topknot thing if Wano was isolationist thanks for no explanation Oda) but sometimes as clueless as the rest.

So not genius level like Robin and Franky but University level with street smarts to add to it thanks to Zeff.

Chopper lacks common sense outside medical knowledge. While Nami was raised in a bad environment, she still needed to educate herself to be a proper navigator and draw the maps. Arlong supported her education as he needed her. Usopp is among the only kids who had a normal upbringing. Franky was the son of a pirate who was abandoned. He has great affinity to building things and engineering stuff, which is partly due to the fact that he was raised by a great craftsman, but I don't recall him receiving formal education.
